Don Ramón Plata, known as Punta Diamante Silver, is a 100% Blue Agave tequila made with agave from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is double distilled for a smooth, clean profile, and pressing the agave before cooking gives it a distinctly herbaceous character. Expect a bright, fresh and floral spirit with a subtle sweetness that turns to a warming minerality. Ideal in margaritas or sipped chilled.
