Don Julio Reposado is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, from the house founded by Don Julio González. It is rested for around eight months in American white oak barrels, which give it a golden colour and a mellow, rounded character. Expect cooked agave with dark chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla and a soft, smooth finish. Enjoy it neat, over ice or in a margarita.
