Nectarosity is a blended Scotch from London whiskymaker Compass Box, created in its Blending Room. Special American oak barrels are used twice: first to impart sweet spice to grain whisky, then to age malt whisky, and the two are blended with other selected whiskies to bring out fruit and toffee notes. Expect zesty honey, lychee, juicy apricot and pineapple, with toffee, vanilla and cinnamon carrying through to the finish.
