Compass Box Hedonism is a celebrated blended grain Scotch from the London-based whiskymakers Compass Box, made entirely from grain whiskies drawn from several Scottish distilleries. Maturation in American oak brings out the soft, sweet side of grain whisky. Expect creamy vanilla, coconut, toffee and gentle baking spice with a silky, rounded texture. A wonderful introduction to how elegant grain whisky can be, best enjoyed neat or with a single ice cube.
