Caol Ila 18 Year Old is a well-aged Islay single malt from the Caol Ila distillery near Port Askaig. The extra years in cask soften the distillery's peat smoke and bring greater depth and roundness. Expect gentle smoke with notes of honey, ripe fruit, vanilla and sea salt, leading to a long, elegant finish.
