Caol Ila 12 Year Old is an Islay single malt from the Caol Ila distillery near Port Askaig, overlooking the Sound of Islay. It is known for a lighter, more elegant peated style than many of its neighbours. Expect fresh peat smoke with citrus, green apple, sea salt and a subtle sweetness, leading to a clean, smoky finish.
