Cactus Jack Original is a tequila sour, a sweet-and-sour tequila-based liqueur at a light 12% alcohol rather than a full-strength tequila. A long-time favourite at South African parties, it is designed to be served ice cold as a shooter. Try it as an oyster shooter: fill a tot glass and add a dash of Tabasco and a pinch of black pepper. Also easy to sip over ice.
