Bushmills 21 Year Old is a single malt Irish whiskey from the Old Bushmills Distillery in Northern Ireland, crafted in limited numbers with each bottle numbered. It is matured for at least 19 years in Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, then finished in Madeira casks for a further two years. This long finish adds deeper notes of ripe fruit and raisins to rich honey and spice. A special-occasion dram.
