Confessions of a White Glove is a red blend from Blank Bottle, winemaker Pieter Walser's inventive, label-defying winery. It brings together 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, all from the lower False Bay slopes of the Helderberg. Expect an aromatic, finely structured red with dark berry and cassis fruit, leafy and herbal notes and fresh acidity. Pair with roast lamb or beef.
