The Blaauwklippen Malbec 2021 comes from Blaauwklippen, one of Stellenbosch's historic estates, founded in 1682. The wine spent 12 months in French oak, partly in third-fill barrels, which adds structure without masking the fruit. Expect generous blueberry and mulberry flavours, a smooth, supple palate and a lingering creamy finish. A lovely partner for steak, lamb chops or a slow-cooked beef dish.
