Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve is the signature non-vintage Champagne of the family-owned house founded in 1818 at Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. It blends Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and the house is known for its slow, cool fermentations that give a pure, elegant style. Expect fresh pear, citrus and white fruit with brioche, a fine mousse and a crisp, balanced finish. Superb as an aperitif or with seafood.
