This Benriach Quarter Cask is a Speyside single malt from the Benriach distillery near Elgin. Part of the spirit is matured in small quarter casks, which increases contact between whisky and wood and adds rich oak character. Expect notes of vanilla, toasted oak, orchard fruit and honey with gentle spice. Please ask in store for more detail on this bottling.
