Bayede! XO Royal Cape Brandy is a premium South African Cape brandy from Bayede!, the royal brand associated with the Zulu royal house. Made in the Cape brandy tradition with long oak maturation, it pours a deep amber-mahogany colour. The nose shows cloves, dried apricot and cedar spice, while the palate is smooth yet robust, with fruitcake, honeyed fig, tobacco and Christmas spice, finishing long and savoury with a hint of fynbos.
