Bärenjäger is a classic German honey liqueur, its name meaning 'bear hunter'. It is inspired by a centuries-old East Prussian tradition of honey liqueurs, said to have been used to lure bears from their dens. Made from neutral grain spirit and real honey, flavoured with a proprietary blend of spices, it offers rich honeyed sweetness with notes of cinnamon, cloves, allspice and cardamom. Enjoy chilled, over ice, or warm in winter drinks.
