The Balvenie 18 Year Old Pedro Ximénez Cask is a Speyside single malt from the Balvenie distillery in Dufftown. After 18 years maturing in traditional oak, it is finished in casks that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry, the richest and sweetest style of sherry. Expect luscious dried fruit, figs, dark honey, toffee and warm spice, with a long and indulgent finish.
