Baluarte Reposado is a 100% agave tequila from the highlands (Los Altos) of Jalisco, Mexico. Agaves are cooked in brick ovens, crushed with a roller mill and double distilled in pot stills, then rested for several months in American oak barrels. The result is gentle and sweet, with cooked agave, vanilla, light spice and fruity accents. Presented in a distinctive tall black bottle, it is best enjoyed neat.
