Balblair 2000 is a vintage Highland single malt from the Balblair distillery in Edderton, one of Scotland's oldest working distilleries. Balblair was known for releasing its whiskies by vintage year, bottling each when the whisky was judged to be at its peak. Expect the fruity, rounded Balblair style, with notes of ripe fruit, honey, vanilla and gentle spice.
