Angel's Envy is a Louisville, Kentucky whiskey producer known for its cask finishes. This straight rye whiskey is finished in Caribbean rum casks, an unusual approach that softens the grain's spice with tropical sweetness. Expect notes of caramel, brown sugar, vanilla and dried fruit, followed by rye spice and a long, sweet finish. A limited release, lovely neat or in a rich Old Fashioned.
