We believe that if you start with exceptional ingredients, you will finish with exceptional vodka, which is why we use sugarcane. Distilling with sugarcane produces fewer impurities than distilling with grain, so we need less distillation and less filtration to produce the highest quality liquid. That’s why we only triple distill through a copper pot still and filter once through activated charcoal, a carbon filtration method originated in Africa.
