The Springbank 8 Year Old Local Barley 2025 is a limited release distilled from Bere barley grown at High Ranachan Farm. It is matured for 8 years in a 50/50 combination of bourbon and sherry casks, resulting in a whisky bottled at 58.1% ABV.
