NOSE: Lots of juniper upfront classic London dry style. Large notes of Lemon candies oily lemon leaf almost lemongrass.
PALATE: Spice-forward with tart lemon zest, bitter orange zest hints of spice cardamom and cubeb pepper, and creamy cassia with dryb fruit rolls.
FINISH: A pleasant mouthfeel and the finish brings back some of that juniper that was present on the nose.
