Our third release in the Bourbon & Rye Series is part of a small list of exceptional Irish grain whiskeys on the market. This whiskey’s journey began at Cooley Distillery, where it was distilled and matured for a minimum of 10 years. We carefully selected our rye cask component to offer an additional characteristic – the spiciness of a rye whiskey. It complements the vanilla, caramel, and honey notes you expect from an ex-bourbon cask grain whiskey.

Description
We kicked off our first single grain whiskey with The Bourbon & Rye Series, a reference to the casks used to give the bottle its distinct, full-bodied characteristics.
It was matured in ex-bourbon casks for between 10 & 12 years and finished in ex-rye casks.
The Bourbon & Rye is the first of what will be a long line of single grain releases, an often overlooked, important part of Irish whiskey tradition.
Bottled at 48%, non-chill-filtered, no added color.
