Deanston Virgin Oak

Virgin oak is new American white oak that has not been used as a cask before so has not been flavored by anything but the spirit of the distillery. You may have seen or tried Auchentohan, Glen garioch or Benriach versions of a virgin oak release. Now it is the turn of South Highland Deanston to offer up its take on Virgin oak. Lots of very direct spicy coconut, white chocolate, vanilla, milky mocha and toasted oak.
