45ml Amaretto
30ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon juice
15ml Simple Suyrup (2 parts Sugar 1 part Water)
15ml Egg White or Vegan Substitute
Garnish with Lemon slice and Marachino Cherry

METHOD
Dry Shake all ingredients then add ice and shake again
Double strain over ice in a cut whisky tumbler
